Mark Sanchez Named New York Jets Starting Quarterback

The Jets who shocked the football world traded up in the draft to select USC Quarterback Mark Sanchez.
The Jets gave Mark Sanchez a five-year deal that with incentives can go over $60 million.
Oh, and the Jets gave him $28 million of that cash guaranteed.

So it is no shock that today the Jets anointed Mark Sanchez the heir apparent to Broadway Joe Namath. The quarterback of the future. And official 2009 New York Jets starting quarterback.

I personally am so excited that Mark Sanchez is on the New York Jets and is gonna be starting this year. It is so nice to have some youth at a position, especially a talented youth and not some nobody youth. Mark Sanchez appears to have the moxy that all the great football legends had during their playing days.
