Reaction to the New York Jets Win Over Miami Dolphins on Sunday Night Football
The New York Jets showed who the best team in the AFC East is today by going to Miami and thoroughly destroying the Miami Dolphins. Road wins mean a lot in the NFL, and the Jets sure made a statement.
Mark Sanchez 3 touchdowns gives him back to back 3 touchdown games. Sanchito has now torched the New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins.
Braylon Edwards might’ve been up partying all week, but he saved some energy for a huge touchdown catch that put the Jets up for good late in the game. All the smack talk from the Dolphin fans as they poured on Braylon Edwards for his mistake did not rattle him, instead he shut them up as he scampered down the sideline after sending a would be tackler to the ground with a great juke move.
LT is doing it old school, picking up huge gains on the ground and through the air which seemingly reach first down status every time he touches the ball.
Brad Smith is the ultimate secret weapon, running for long gains and making things happen in the return game.
Of course a shout out to our defense, which made a game saving goal line stand. Though Chad Henne played well most of the game for the Dolphins at quarterback, he lacks the poise and composure which Mark Sanchez flashes on an increasingly more consistent basis.
Dolphin fans who talked all off season about how you guys beat us twice, how we lucked into the playoffs and how Rex Ryan gave ya’ll the finger can now focus on how the Jets owned you today. Make no mistake, the Jets jumped out early and showed why they are the team to beat in the AFC East.
